not exceed 5%.
Shahrani pointed to confirmations of the Minister of Finance about the program
and that there is no intention by the country to impose taxes of any kind on
the citizen, and newcomer income tax is still just an idea under study,
pointing that at the same time in the second strategic goal of the ministry is
to raise non oil imports value of 163 to 530 billion
riyals in 2020, it is known that the most important non rentier income of any
country in the world is the taxes and fees, as the document included the
program three initiatives of the Ministry of Finance, one of the preparation
and application of the unified income tax, and the other to the preparation and
application of income tax on residents and the third is the initiative of applying
reconstruction tax.
